Animated Avatar - TheSavior - January 20, 2007 Avatars

This avatar was another new thing for me in Photoshop. I cut out the text, put it in the farthest back layer. I took the background and put it in the top most layer. I then put the moving bars between the two layers and used the tween tool in Image Ready to animate them.
